About this cartoon: The Republican's massive tax cut plan needed some political cover, much like the GOP's efforts to dismantle healthcare. Donald Trump's erratic behavior, tantrums, nonsequiturs, provocative Twitter tweets and petty fights he picks all make for a lot of distraction -- and that is what helps some of the more despicable legislative efforts pass under the radar. It's teamwork.
